Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to the Gallery
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or bring it directly to our physical gallery.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once we inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a gallery credit within 5-7 business days.
